Tŷ Nain is a holiday home nestled in the peaceful village of Dwyran on the enchanting island of Anglesey. If you’re looking for a break away from the rat race and want some peace and quiet, coupled with stunning beaches and plenty of outdoor activities, you’ve found the perfect place.
Tŷ Nain is a 3 bedroom bungalow, offering room for up to 6 adults, plus 2 well behaved dogs.
The house has been fully refurbished and contains all the modern amenities you would expect, from ultra fast broadband to electric vehicle charging (not included in rental price).

Tŷ Nain translates from Welsh to Grandma’s House, and there’s a simple reason for this, it was in fact Jane’s grandparent’s house many years ago.
By pure chance we passed by one day and it just happened to be for sale. Fate intervened that day, and after a year of hard work refurbishing the house, we are delighted to be able to offer you and your family a chance to experience an incredible holiday on Anglesey, just like Jane experienced as a child.

Tŷ Nain will accommodate a maximum of 6 guests in the 3 comfortable well equipped bedrooms.
Each bedroom contains power sockets with USB ports near the beds, hairdryers, mirrors and black out curtains.
Bathroom
Walk In Rain Head Shower
A modern, tiled bathroom with large walk in rain head shower and additional hand shower head.
Heated bathroom cabinet mirror, switched on hands free by waving a hand under the bottom right of the cabinet.
Heated towel rail and soft close vanity unit.
Utility Room
Washing Machine, Recycling
The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, clothes airer, washing basket, spare kitchen chairs, bin and recycling boxes.
Please familiarise yourself with the Welsh government’s waste disposal laws. These are explained in the welcome pack you will receive.
This room can be accessed directly from the side door.
Gardens and External
Front and rear gardens
The rear garden is fully enclosed. Make the most of the Anglesey sunshine and enjoy either morning coffee, or dinner, at the picnic table.
The front garden is landscaped and contains the recycling bin store. Please see the welcome pack for more details of waste disposal in Wales.
On the side of the house there is an electric vehicle charger (payable on app). Plus a hose pipe for washing down muddy dogs and bikes.
There is a ramp to the front door, making the house wheelchair accessible.
The driveway can comfortably fit 2 large cars.
